Who this is for

Agencies at two stages come to us. Growing teams that have hit the point where hiring, training and scheduling chatters eats the founders' week. And larger agencies that already run chatting in-house but want a partner to take over accounts fully, or absorb a roster they just signed.

How onboarding works

Apply. A short form about your roster, your current setup and what is not working.
Account analysis. We go through the accounts to find where chatting is leaving money on the table, and agree which selling strategies each creator is comfortable with.
Setup. Our sales team builds the sales process around each account and gets the CRM, scripts and shifts in place. You supply access and the content we ask for. That is all we need from you.
Live within 24 hours. Chatting starts. From there you get reporting, a manager, and the option to walk away any day.

Terms, in plain language

We operate day to day. No long-term contract, no hidden cancellation fees, no minimum roster size. If we do not perform, you cancel. We would rather earn the business every single day than lock you in.

We onboard by application, because we take a limited number of agencies and creators at a time and prefer to decline a roster we cannot grow.

Do you work with agencies of any size?

Yes. From a first roster of a few creators to some of the larger agencies in the space. There is no minimum size, and we decide by whether we believe we can grow the chatting revenue, not by headcount.

How fast can you start?

Within the first 24 hours of the collaboration, once the account analysis is done and access is in place.

What if it does not work out?

You cancel, any day, with no fees. We operate day to day on purpose.
